[Resolved]  i-Ball — Prince 1.8G hangout everyday even after replacement

[protected]I have purchased a i ball mobile prince 1.8g on 7-10-14, from that day the phone hanging out(display searching network), after ur customer care suggestion I have done Restore Factory setting, but no solution, this phone is my headache now. [protected] Dear Sir/ Madam, I am very sorry to say that my wife has visited your service centre at 6B, Rameshwar Shaw Road, Lane opp.KMC to Ladies Park 1st 2nd & 3rd Floor, Kolkata-700014 on 10-12-14, she said to your executive that please keep the phone for servicing for 3 or 4 days or 7 days & observe if the hang or not, but the next day[protected] your executive phoned me to take the phone which is repaired & updated, so my wife visit on 12-11-14 & took the phone from service centre, again today[protected] morning the is hang out (showing SEARCHING NETWORK) which problem was earlier. WE CUSTOMER IS JOKING OR JOKER YOU THINK, WHY THEY RETURN THE PHONE WITHOUT CHECKING OR SURVEY, HAVE WE NOT ANY VALUE OF TIME??? PLEASE REPLACE THE PHONE, I DONT PURCHASE IBALL PRODUCT IN FUTURE, [protected]MY IMEI NO. [protected], MY IMEI NO. [protected] [protected]I have submitted the handset to your address today[protected]B, Rameshwar Shaw Road, Lane opp.KMC to Ladies Park 1st 2nd & 3rd Floor, Kolkata-700014. [protected]WHILE MY WIFE HAVE RECD. THE MOBILE FROM SERVICE CENTER ON 3-12-14 & CHECKING TIME SHE OBSERVE THAT THE MOBILE WORKS MALFUNCTIONING & RETURN THE MOBILE TO ENIGINEER. THEN FOR A LONG TIME WAITING THEY RETURN THE MOBILE TO MY WIFE & THEY SAID THAT THE MOTHER BOARD HAS BEEN CHANGED, NO PROBLEM MY MOBILE, THEN MY WIFE RETURN TO HOME WITH MOBILE. ON THE SAME DAY AT APPROX 11.00 PM THE MOBILE HANG OUT ( SEARCHING NETWORK) & NEXT DAY ME ( FOR THIS REASON NOT TO POSSIBLE TO GO MY OFFICE) & MY WIFE VISIT TO SERVICE CENTER. THE ENGINEER SAID THAT OUR SIM CARD PROBLEM, THEN WE MEET WITH MR. SUMAN CHOWDHURY ( AFTER A LONG TIME WAITING) & HE SAYS THAT PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SIM & YOU WILL NOT BE FACE THE PROBLEM. THEN WE CHANGE THE SIM & SAID TO MR. SUMAN CHOWDHURY WHAT WE DO EVEN AFTER WE FACE THE PROBLEM, THEN HE SAID TO ME THAT EVEN WE FACE THE PROBLEM THEN HE(SUMAN CHOWDHURY) TAKE HIS BEST ACTION WHICH HE TAKE, BUT NOT SAID WHICH BEST ACTION HE WILL TAKE. THEN ON 4-12-14 WE GO HOME WITH MOBILE. THEN ON 6-12-14 AT APPROX 11.00 PM & NEXT DAY 7-12-14 AT APPROX 9.00 AM THE SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE SAY WHICH ACTION WE WILL TAKE AGAINST YOU??? [protected]My wife has recd. the New 1.8G Prince replace with old on 9-12-14 as per your approval, but the next day on 10-12-14 approx 11 am the same problem(searching network) & also on the next day[protected]today) at approx 9 am the same problem. It has been requested to you please do ban the model 1.8G Prince. I want to return back my cash or other model because their is no faith about 1.8G Prince model, it will be better return my cash back, you know how much rupee expend for conveyance, approx 500/- & my time, harassment. It is time to go to complaint to CONSUMER FORUM (JAGO GRAHOK JAGO) to claim my money agt. harassment, time etc. Please do the needful asap at your end. ALL ARE THE CONVERSATION WITH EMAIL.
