I am residing in CBD BELAPUR (below is my full address). I am facing lot of issues with my internet connection. I created everyday 1 ticket form IOn mobile app, below are my concerns.
1. Fibre cable connection is not available where I am staying and from last 2 years I am hearing that this Fibre cable will be installed in next 6 months. So it's very disturbing to continue with IOn in future.
2. Whenever I create ticket, status will be changed to resolved without taking confirmation as most of the time our issue is not fixed.

So request you to please look into this and install Fibre cable immediately as already in other sector Fibre cable is available so I don't think it will be a big task to extend this in our area.
