[Resolved] I-On — Internet not working did not get full speed

I newly take ion service I before ion give very good service but now it look like fake
I take 50 mbps package for 3 month I did not get full speed sometime it gives 2 mbps, 5 mbps even I try to contact with person who give us service even he not received call from last 5 days or ion application did not work they your no is not registered email is not registered
