I Process India Pvt Ltd — about my resignation fnf and pf

I am saurabh sharma worked in i process india pvt ltd dehli 6 months ago. I didn't get receiving of resign and fnf till now. I have sent mail to company many time but
No response. I have sent all documents related to fnf by speed post. My employee id c85225. Fnf team revert to me exit inf details is not there whild i told that my bsm has left job but what should i do. Please support me.
