[Resolved]  I R D A / MaxLifeins — not receiving policies surrender documents

Sir, I have 5 life insurance policies from Maxlife insurance.Now i want to surrender these policies because they are not giving good returns.My agent of this company approach to Udaipur Office with all documents, they refuse to receive the documents, saying that policy holder should present physically.This is not a rule, it is only to discourege to custemor. My policies are.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected].
