I am a regular customer of ibaco outlet in sasthamangalam, trivandrum. Last sunday, ie 13.01.19 me and family went there around 6.15 pm. The usual salesmen were not there and instead a girl was there in the counter, who was very arrogant and rude right from the beginning. She talked in a very loud voice, almost like shouting. She shouted at my young kids who were playing with a thermocol lid taken from the counter. Though i kept quiet, her arrogance continued and she refused to give the icecream before paying. All these times we paid for the icecream only after having it. The salesguys treated us well, but this girl ruined our evening. She kept on flirting with another salesboy who came afterwards and another one from oiyalo pizza slapped her playfully unmindful of the customers present there. She lacks basic manners and am sure is detrimental to the outlet if allowed to continue. Such girls are not fit to be placed in food industry and should be taught basic manners and customer courtesy.
