[Resolved]  Iberry Company — very poor service & delay in repair

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased IBERRY AUXUS CORE x8 3G TABLET from Ebay india fkr amt. Of Rs.16990/- Paid in cash paisapay id [protected] through credit card on 11/05/2114 of HDFC bank The above said good carried a one year manufacturing warranty valid up to 10/05/2015 The said good has following problem 1) Battery runs downs immediately and stand for 2/3 hours 2) Tablet switch off automatically I Was been communicated to iberry company (ticket no. 474642) I have deposited my tablet Local service centre JAI GURUDEV MALL at bapunagar at AHMEDABAD on 12/11/2014 WORKORDER NO. RVSRN1411JGM000175. Above service centre Has sent my tablet at DELHI service centre (R V SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.) From last one month i make contect with iberry customer care executive 2/3 days In a week but not satisfied answer given to me TILL date i have not recieved my Tablet . I want to back my tablet as early as possible
