Iberry India — Bad service nd spare not available | |||||
Hi i have purchased iberry auxus beast from snapdeal order id : [protected], order placed on:[protected]:06:32, as u can check last time i did complaint against them also at that time was problem was resolved after 8 mnth but now again problem is that after resolving past issue i got my mobile from company but its battery was fully damaged nd fattened. So i request service center nd even call to toll free number of company to provide me battery but till now they didnt provide me battery as they always use to speaks they will give in 15 days but almost 3 mionth passes battery is out of stock. Please tell me how company is selling this mobile still now in snapdeal if spare is not available. Sir please take action on this fraud company as this is selling on snapdeal but still cant provide me battery. Under i have attached the screenshot for showing still snapdeal is selling the phones nd this company speaks they have not battery. Was this information helpful? | |||||

hello thanks for your comment on my problem plz have a look on this iberry auxus beast company, as i trusted only on snapdeal thats y i buy from their bt this is wrong snapdeal have done very big wrong to me . plz resolve this issue as soon as possible. and get me a new battery .
plz find attachment nd sir i always use to call service center or even company tolll free no. the only reply is that they will forward the complaint nd battery will come in next 15 working days as it is out of stock . plz take action nd revert asap with proper solution as i have many data of my bussiness to which i have suffer from too much loss nd many other problems . due to them i have very big loss in my bussiness.
