I have ordered 2 sarees from this website and received totally different and cheap quality items. When I requesting a return of the products, they made me go through a lengthy and tiring process of making videos of opening the boxes and sending them.
Even after adhering to this policy, they are now sending me a same answer on mail like to a bot, which I quote, "Hii, thanks for contacting ibisfab.com. We have given you the same product that you ordered."
Please note that this is a 12 day long process. And after going through all trouble, and I am getting these ugly replies. Please I request you to take some serious action on this. So, that other people should not be stripped off like this. I have spent 3400 INR on this whole process. Was this information helpful? |
