Ibisfab.com — Sarees are distinctly different in appearance as shown on website

I bought four sarees online form ibisfab.com in 1 June 2022. I received the parcel at my home surprisingly very early on 3 June itself.
When I opened the parcel, the sarees were totally different from how they appeared in the website. I wanted to click on return button on their website but they have no such option. After much struggle I wrote an email to their support.
I got a reply saying please post the pictures. So I posted the pictures of the sarees along with all details of the online order..including order number. I also posted the picture of the packet in which the sarees had arrived. They replied saying that product is same as the website which is untrue. They also said that they can exchange the product while I was very clear that I wanted a return with immediate effect. My complaint is that despite having sent them pictures of the sarees as clear cut evidence, they are not willing to acknowledge that the sarees I had ordered are different from what appears on the website and are not giving me any assurance about return of the product and rather are insisting I take something from their website in exchange! They need to refund my money with immediate effect. Total amount paid by me to ibisfab.com was Rs. 4689/-
