icic bank — Cdm money debited but got machine out of service slip.

I have deposited 98000₹ in icic bank cdm .Machine worked properly till the end, but atlast i received a slip saying machine out of service.Money didn’t reach my account.i even checked account balance using atm card, but the money wasn’t credited to my bank account.
I feel desperate in making use of icic cdm.I have no idea where my money is .please find me a fix for this
