ICICI Direct — Excess brokerage charged

Excess brokerage is charged by ICICI DIRECT. Brokerage charges beyond the agreed rates were deducted from my account for multiple trades.
I had raised complaint on SM ODR portal. There ICICI DIRECT representative agreed to return the excess brokerage charges. Based on this confirmation SM ODR mediator closed the complaint. However I did not get the money back from ICICI DIRECT.
