Hi my motor vehicle claim no is MOT11638215 . One month has passed but neither you have given clearance for repair not I have received any written communication from ICICI Lombard . Only when I am calling than verbal communication is there, Based on verbal communication i cant take any decision. We are using taxi for one month now and nothing is finalised till now. My claim should be decided urgently.
