Updated by gl sahu I am sharing both hospital registration certificate accredited by goverment (Chief medical health officer ) CMHO, chhattisgarh but finally my medical expenses claims have been repudiated .I didn't understand what is the parameters of ICICI Lombard insurance company to certify even after submitted goverment approved hospital Registration certificate .please explain .
