Icici Lombard — Amount deducted but policy not issue

This is really a very bad experience i have faced icici Lombard, such a just like a Fraud company.

If someone buy policy 7th March after 2-3 days wait no one provide the update of policy finally customer buy policy from some other company than customer care executive told wait for 14 days 7 for policy cancellation or 7 for amount transfer.
it means total 19 days customer follow up but date still date is not confirmed.
such a bad company or experience i have faced.

I supposed my link no one take policy from icici Lombard.
Total Amount - 6503/-
