Icici Lombard — Cancellation of Renewal Policy not allowed

I have renewed policy
3005/[protected]/02/000 and called immediately to ICICI Lombard customer support to cancel my policy as this policy is not belongs to me and due to their mistake I got link in my email from ICICI Lombard to renew this policy.

But they are not cancelling this policy and not refunding my money

I have made the payment and I have rites to cancel the policy within 15 days for renewal.
