[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Causing nuisance by calling repeatedly even after showing no interest in policy | |||
Had taken a accidental policy in mid 2016, today they called me stating some additions on the same plan. I was not interested in plan and communicated same to the caller. Even after clearly explaining that i am not interested they kept on trying persistently. I received a total 20 - 30 calls back to back. Calls seemed to never end even if i rejected or answered the call and thereafter saying not interested. Had a terrible experience, had to accept some policy only to remain in peace ( free from calls ) and focus on my work. Was this information helpful? | |||
