Icici Lombard — Claim amount received after 50% deduction

Insurance company have sent me the 50% of the claim amount giving reason of copay on neoplasms policy. My jio id is 053863 renewed polcy under phase 1. There is nowhere mentioned of such clause. What to do plz let me know.
