[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — claim reject with specific reason

Dear Ms. Modi, forforhhhhhjsor With reference to your e-mail regarding policy number 3001/97850957/00/000 we understand you have registered claim towards damage of the vehicle under claim no. MOT04345937, we wish to inform you that the claim has been Rejected. We have received a revert form the claims team that there were misrepresentation of the facts, as the per form the driven is Tejas B Chotiwala whereas the as per the investigation report (Insured's statement) driver is the owner himself who does not have a valid driving license to drive this car. company is rejecting claim without any concrete reason. they have just assume that driver was car owner himself for reject the claim.in my statement no where written that car was driving by me. above statement is very illlogical to reject case.
