[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — claim not settled as per previous policy wordings

Sir,
I have given all necessary documents for my wife as patient for cashless claim in bombay hospital.They approved the policy amount Rs. 2 lacs for my name instead of my wife.(which is painful at later stage during final payment../??During discharge they decline the approved amount by the reason of new policy condition without checking existing policy wordings which state that family member is included for lumpsump amount to be paid for hospitalization even if name is not added in the policy for my wife.
I also paid premium amount is higher in the previous year (7024.00 instead of 3312 .00)
Policy no. is 4043i/ffh/69745795/01/000 is the exiting policy no. which is renewed with name is added in new policy.but still existing policy amount is taken more by them in previous year.I also paid 17698.00 Rs. for all family member.but no benefit for family floater benefits as per policy wordings...
Please guide us what to do for claim ...???
