Dear icici team i been called for emergency for cashless hospital claim. I don't know why still not aproved even we said emregency. The customer care executive put hold more than 30 mins and i disconnected. This how you give training to handle your customers?. Still there is no progress of claim.. I buy bulk. Insurance for fec company and will not continue next premium for this worst service. I hope your team can assist and again remain silent.. We seek you only emergency times and how you people should be serious. Just take like fun... Pls respond immediately. I will wait for another 2 hrs.. If not then i need cancel all policies and give negative feedback in all my social pages.. Don't mistake because of 1 person i been frustrated and push to take this decision.
