[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard Health Insurance — Icici lombard policy canceled

My name is shaik malakondaiah, ref: my sb no:[protected] with ing visya bank konijedu, prakasam dist AP.

with reference to the above I surprised to note from my SB a/c that an amount of Rs.10.372/- was drawn towards premium amount for ICICI Lombard gen.insurence.I confirm that no cheque or debit advise was given to any person, but debited with out any information, i am aged about 67 years, how to eligible gen.insurence. so please get back my amount and cancelled the policy. if any doubts please feel free to call [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com
