Hi,
I have transferred my home loan from PNBHFL to SBI. My property insurance policy is of ICICI Lombard with Policy No. 1001/[protected]/00/000. I has to hypothecate this policy to SBI.
Initiate I raised required on 29 sept 22 for hypothecation but the customer care said on 30 sept to contact my relationship manager. As my earlier relationship manager was not reachable, Mr. Bambale from ICICI Lombard called me on 4th Oct 22 related to my request of hypothecation and asked me to send certain documents.

Accordingly I sent him all documented on 4th Oct 22 on his email vilas.[protected]@icicilombard.com and thereafter constantly in touch with him for the update. But he is giving me next dates. Earlier he said it required 30 days. Few days back I called him and now he said, 45 days are required.
On 21 Nov. I raised complaint to customer care through email and raised my concern regarding delay and Mr. Bambale. The customer care inform me to assist but it will further delay.
Today 7 Dec 22 also I made follow up mail with copy to GRO and Bima Lokpal. I hope this will help.
Whatever is the reason but it is not my fault for which I am suffering.
I need this hypothecation very urgently.
Please help me to get the documents.
