For this policy i gave request for cancellation. I received call from you that cancellation charges is must like courier charges and all but still i am not received any documents from your side and health card also not received, so that the reason of your poor services and you are not sure about your hospital list and i am disagree with your conditions so i decide to cancelled this within 15 days of starting date of policy. But she told me cancellation charges is 35% of policy, if you charge that amount we will go through the consumer court. When i purchased this policy, at that time they told me that if am not satisfy with policy then i can easily cancel this within 15 days without zero cancellation charge.
Kindly help me in this.
