I, Sujoy Roy Chowdhury Complain about the deducted amount of Rs.9990/- for familyfirstplus plan on 6th May 2015 at 4:00 pm
a call was received from icici lombard.They have explained me about plan just then I have been talked on IVR and then after they emailed me details.They have explained me about Five benefits which useless for me as emailed details and due to some mishap in my family I faced the financial problem. Without wasting time I sent them an email at that night to cancel my transaction and familyfirstplus plan.Next they called me to explain about it, but plainly told her (Puja) to cancelled my plan.I haven't received any document from them or any parcel. So I request you to help me on this matter.
