[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Medical reimbursement is still pending even after 60 days | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, It has been around 60 days but still the ICICI Lombard unable to reimburse my medical claim amount. Even I called to customer care of the company, initially they told me every thing is ok from my side & within 2-3 working days the amount will be credited but happened nothing. As per their policy, in14 working days from the date of receive of original medical docs they could reimburse the amount but in my case they keeps on pending . Details:- 1. Name of patient= RASHMI MISHRA 2. Name of claimant= RASHMI MISHRA (Spouse: Ravi kumar mishra) 3. Policy no.=4016/X/[protected]/02/000 4. Claim intimation no.=[protected] received on 29-JUL-2021 5.
