[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Misselling policy

The policy agent got the amount Rs 15000 from me and issued the policy for another person. I have raised the complaint through mail and got the reply is found proposal number [protected] where insured name is KARAMJEET SINGH and policy 3001/[protected]/00/B00. Whether the policy is issued for other person with my amount how can I cancel the policy? . How can I get my money back. I don't want to activate any other policy bacause that issuer is cheated me.
