My name is balakarthikeyan. I have renewed 2 wheeler insurance last month with. Couple of times the transactions got declined but the amount is debited and third time it was successful.
I have raised the complaint with icici lombard support team to revert back money to my account. I have sent a multiple reminder mail but not getting any response from them.
