[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Payment done but insurance or refund nothing being done

Hi Team,
I am very disappointed with the ICICI Lombard service. On 18th Feb 2022 i hav been purchased 2wheeeler bike insurance through iMobile app, I will filled all the information and completed the payment after payment i have not received any messages or mail for icici Lombard team then I send one mail with all information for payment and previous insurance to know the status. But icici Lombard team send me the asking details again and i replied to that mail with all required information and that again send mail for same details.

Then I called to icici customer to raise dispute then customer said payment successfully done you have to ask beneficiary (ICICI Lombard) then again I called to ICICI Lombard team to check status and if no insurance has generated then refund my payment amount.
They have to request on 28th Feb and after no response so again I send a mail to refund status then again they send mail to send payment related information but after that no response yet.

Please help for refund my payment amount as soon possible I am tired of following up they do not send single notification about status.
