Icici Lombard — Policy not renewed even after payment and after several requests to look into issue

Hi Team, I have 4 policies which includes mother, father, brother and mother in law. I have renewed 3 policies on May 2nd and 1 on May 3rd. However, out of 4 only 3 have been renewed .
