On Dated 10, December 10, 2014 i had registered a claim no. mot04241155 against Policy No. 3005/W28834577/00/000 and your executive commits me that on tomorrow our field supervisor checked the bike and process the claim but i have not received any call from your side and for the same when i called yesterday (December 12, 2014) at your call centre and ask him, executive says he has taken my request and given me the Service Request No. [protected] and says today definitely our field supervisor process my claim.
But still i haven’t received any call from your side, Is this type of service you are giving to customer.
This is the last time i am intimating you if you are not going to listen then i will file the case to consumer court because my bike wheels are damaged (Alignment out) and at the time of driving the bike both the wheels are too much bubbling and if any Mis-happening done in future you are the only one who is responsible for that.
I am continuing your policy Since Year 2007 and i have never claimed it before i ask you that If i have taken your policy then it’s your responsibility or not.
If you are not take any action then i will file the case to consumer court and also give this letter to consumer court and take it as a proof that i already request you to process the claim because the wheels of bike are too much bubbling and if any Mis-happening done in future you are the only one who is responsible for that. Waiting for you positive response.
