I have renewed my bike insurance on 8/9/16.after the transaction it shows that the payment was UNSUCCESFUL the amount of Rs.1485 was debited from my sbi account but the insurance was not renewed yet.I want to know whether the policy is renewed or not.If not when can i get my refund amount and how to know the status.pls contact me at [protected].I have attached the details of to wheeler as photo as below please refer.
