[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — TPA Claim Not Approved sent by kailash hospital Noida

I wanted to mention that I took a medical insurance for my family from ICICILombard and Policy number is 4128i/HSHA/[protected]/01/000. on Tuesday 19th July I had to admit my son due to heavy fever at Kailash Hospital, now today morning 22 july at around 11:00 AM doctor told me that we can go home and my son will be discharged, they sent the file for TPA approval ICICI Lombard at 4 PM and from then I am stuck here at the hospital with my son to get the discharge paper, hospital staff is waiting for the approval of payment since 4 PM 22 july, I did multiple calls to ICICI Lombard customer care but no response. What kind of service is this? after paying high premium amount I am bound to wait here at the hospital with my 4 years old son for More than 18 hours.
