Icici Lombard — Workmen policy

I have done a workmen compensation policy through ICIC Lombard, i have asked to do some changes in the policy for minimum wages of workers. i had also paid additional premium asked by them, but they failed to provide me the updated policy. it was very urgent as my work order was pending with a company's HR . my work order is going to be cancelled if i fail to submit the policy and face financial losses due to it. please help.
