Icl (Idea Cellular Company) — harassment from idea

I got a call on 27th april, 2017 from a guy whose number was identified as from police, he said he has got a letter from icl company and he doesn't know what it is but he said i need to report to karkardooma court in morning at 9 in chamber 36, and gave me a number of someone who he said was a lawyer. I called him up at that very moment and he asked my name and said i have not paid bill of idea. I recharged a 255 ruppee 3g pack from my idea and it was subscribed multiple times in bill. When i complained on customer care they said they will look into it and after that they started demanding that payment and i didn't pay, until and unless that multiple subscription was settled. But when i got call from lawyer he said do a one time settlement of 2000 and call me after you are done and he asked me whether i would like to continue using my idea number i said a straight no and told him to deactivate the number which is [protected], still deactivated.. I never used that sim again but in may i received ebill from idea stating my bill was 646 i didn't look into mail. On june 24th of 1816 again got lost in multiple mails didn't notice, when i received mail on 24th july from idea demanding an amount of 2859, i saw that mail and subsequently searched for older mails and got hold of previous bill which was charged even when i wasn't using sim, i destroyed it on 27th april. I called idea customer care and told them the my ordeal. They said they will look into it and never called me. Suddenly in august, all of my friends got call from a spam number asking them if they know me, and can they tell about my address as they have a courier in name of me. My friends informed me about me. I called idea again and after multiple conversations they said they can't do anything, i have to pay.. But for what do i need to pay? After lot of arguments customer care executive said he will call me back but still i haven't received any call and again i got bill on 24th august stating bill of 2915. And today again that same police story court story is repeating. I got a call from [protected] saying he is calling from delhi police. It is the limit of harassment that one can bear.
