[Resolved]  IDBI Bank — After opening a FD A/C didn't get the interest amt

Dear Sir/Madam I would like to inform you that I have opened a FD Bank A/C [protected] of Rs 90, 000/- as on dated 19/07/2014 and filled all the forms required with complete documentation. We have asked the executive to get the rate of interest quarterly (in every 3 Months @ 9%) but till dated I didn’t get any interest amount to my account. Today I went to the Branch of IDBI bank Sector 20 Panchkula for the same, I concerned to Ms. Shweta Executive over there she told me that there was some mistake has been done from them to get processed our FD Account due to which we didn’t received the Quarterly Interest amount. So I would like to inform you that there is no mistake of ours & they also didn’t inform us regarding the problem created. Kindly look into the matter briefly & revert for the same ASAP.
