IDBI Bank — Debited 590 rs from my bank account

I am Ravindra yerne, customer of IDBI BANK, branch :wani, district:yavatmal, Maharashtra.
On 17 april 2021, my IDBI Bank cheque was bounced due to signature isuue .in my account there is balance but bank manager is Debited my 590 rs without any reason . In case there check is bounded due to low balance, then i accept my mistake, but there is sufficient amount in my bank account, also bank manager debited my 590 rs amount.
When i visit to IDBI Bank, i told with bank manager SANDIP BHAGAT ( *branch - wani, dist - yavatmal, Maharashtra*), i explained my issue with him, but his behaviour is very rude, he is not answering to my query, and then he told me IDBI Bank constumer care then i talked with them, they told me, i want to talk with your bank manager, and they also told that to send the constumer data to us by bank manager, but he not talk with constumer care and he refused to send data with IDBI bank head office ., Then i said i will complaint about u, then he told that do whatever u want, his behaviour is very rectless, abusive.he is not doing anything regarding to my query. He doesn't know how to talk with the customer, he is very disrespectful and arrogant .
Please look into my matter as soon as possible, my profession is farmer and in these covid situation 590 amount is very big amount for me, and take the strict action against that bank manager also, please give my money back as soon as possible .
I am sharing details of message that i shared after debited my 590 rs from IDBI Bank .
And i shared call duration with the IDBI Bank head office / customer care
And also i shared the picture of that bank manager .
Please look into my matter and gives me my money back as soon as possible.
