Had a such a pathetic experience with IDBI Home Loan department. We have started the application as Home loan transfer. At initial stage they provided us the sanction letter without any foreclosure request from another bank. Without any foreclosure letter they sanctioned loan transfer amount less then foreclosure letter due to which they hold my home loan transfer and as per sanctioned letter they initiate the insurance on home loan means one more loan got initiated before transferring the home loan.
As of today there is no Home loan with IDBI bank but still they are asking insurance home loan money due to which my Sibil score is getting down day by day and have mental pressure as well.
Home Loan Insurance Amount : 55K approx
Out of this 25000 is remaining because we have cancelled the insurance on home loan. Still in my financial report remain amount is showing as a balance to be paid to IDBI which we are not supposed to pay as per our understanding. Kindly provide us a solution. When no home loan has been disbursed why they are continuously deducting insurance amount which is directly impacting our Sibil score and credit history. Such Was this information helpful? |
