IDBI Bank — Misbehavior of the manager and false statement | |||
I am Pritika Pathak D/o Prabir Pathak applied for an Educational Loan through Vidya Laxmi Scheme in IDBI Bank Konnagar on 6th July 2020. As I mailed earlier regarding how the branch manager (Mr. Santosh Pandey) misled us through this process and also misbehaved with me. He rejected my loan with a false allegation. In Vidya laxmi portal he remarks that "we requested" which is false and a complete lie. On the other hand, they provide us a rejection letter from IDBI bank which he remarks "due to non compliance with bank credit policy". Two different reasons for rejection of my single educational loan which seems totally false. (I attached a picture to prove). Well, first a fall manager harassed me and misbehaved with me. Being a girl, I didn't feel safe to talk to him. He shouted at me as well as talked to me improperly by saying "I have a disease". Then he rejected my loan with a completed false statement. This sort of person and situation can easily destroy a student's life. Head of the branch even doesn't know how to talk to a girl and is so mannerless. I demand a justification that Why both remarks are different from single banks? Why this sort of false allegation ? and Why I have been mistreated ? Such a shameless act !!!
