IDBI Bank — Request to unlien the blocked amount from my IDBI Bank account

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I hereby declare that I am a citizen of India.
I am a saving account holder [protected] in IDBI bank, Rajkot.
I want to know the reason why the bank has lien my 35, 000INR with "OTHER REASON" and is now refusing to help me in this case.
I came to the bank but did not get any reply from the Branch Manager, He was busy in a Video Call meeting.
I contacted Mr.Mandeep Vasavada about my problem. He said the lien amount was done from CyberCrime but without any information.
He sent mail to the concerned branch but no update yet from their end.

I request you to kindly provide me with all information for this case, thus I can solve my issue. As I know very well
IDBI Bank never helped with CyberCrime related cases. This is my second experience with IDBI Bank.

Please provide information about the case who sent an email to IDBI Bank for a lien of 35, 000INR from my account.
