IDBI Bank — Sudden amount deduction from bank account without prior notification from IDBI Bank

I have been using banking service with IDBI since many years but lately I have been disappointed by some serious glitches in services by IDBI Bank. Recently, I received a SMS on my phone about this weird and sudden deduction of amount Rs. 590 from my account with this weird ACH-RTN-CHRG charge. I don't understand why IDBI deducted such a sudden charge from my account. I request IDBI Bank to refund my Rs. 590 to my account. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
