IDBI Bank — Wrong service charges / excess charges | |||||
Dear Team, I would like to inform you that, i have a issue with IDBI Bank, versova branch. i have given a written request to hotlist my debit card on 9th july 2015. this debit card blocked on the same date. later, on 16th july 2015 my annual card fee rs 110 was charged for the year[protected] without any prior intimation. They have wrongly charged me this annual fee. Now my debit card is also blocked and my annual fee rs 110 is also deducted for the year[protected]. this behaviour of the bank is totally unethical. My online IDBI Bank Complaint number --- WEB/[protected]. I also spoke to nodal officer (Greivance Redressal officer of IDBI Bank) but he refused to reverse back the money. I have specifically hot listed my debit card so that i can save my money and operate my bank account by internet banking. Request you to help me in this matter and inform the IDBI Bank to reverse back my rs 110. today.
