Complain: Your Federal Insurance agents are provided false information and and signed the policy. They have told that I can withdraw money whenever I want or when I need money, but after signed the policy it is mentioned that I cant withdraw money with in two years and I have to deposit premium for at least two years. When I told to your agent Mr. Niranjan Das he said that give a application that you will pay it next year including current year. I have submitted application but no action been taken. I have talked to federal customer care and they said that if I don't pay within 30 days policy will be lapse.

So I request you to kindly help in this and refund my money i have paid. I want to cut off every relationship with the bank. This people are playing with customers. Please help me to surrender my policy and get my money back. I don't want to continue this policy and don't want any relationship with this IDBI bank..
