IDBI Federal — Not return policy in free look period

I have taken loan from idbi bank, derrabassi, punjab. They told me to take life insurance policy cumpusary with loan. I told them that give me single premium policy which i will pay from loan but when i revive policy it is for 1years premium policy. I went to return that policy to sector c, chandigarh office but manager refused to accept it.
So, i request you that, "return my policy and return my money. Which is in free look period.
