Idc technologies solutions india (P) ltd. Is a cmmi level 3 it services company head-quartered in milpitas (Silicon valley), usa. Having branches in canada and indian offices in noida, bangalore & hyderabad where their indian branches have staffing business as a base. Idc is into both domestic & international staffing. I am working in bangalore idc technologies. The work environment in bangalore is very pathetic. Even-though idc is a cmmi level 3 company there is no cctv cameras... There is no back ground verifications for newly joining employees... More fake employees are working in bangalore branch... One fake business development manager said that there is a opening for java developer freshers in idc technologies & he collected 10, 000 inr from 200 fresh be graduates recently in march 2016 and he got arrested by police also... This happened because there is proper rules followed here in idc technologies, bangalore and the top management is not at all good here... Some more things are going to happen because of this lethargic activities by idc...
