Idea — 3G internet speed too slow

I use to recharge the 3G plan to access the internet and this time I have recharged my number with 1500 rs plan but the problem is that I am still not getting the normal 3g speed. The speed of 3g is too slow. I am using the number in the area manjalpur in vadodara. Idea also not providing the 3g downloading speed. I am very much frustrated with them. Now what one can do to get the good internet access. Today its a big problem with all networks and they are just looting the public by making fool of them. They are increasing net plans rate and on the other hand decreasing the speed and sometimes the speed is too worst that even it does run with 2g speed and I have face serious problems while doing my office works. Please take action against them otherwise they will continue to cheat people in this way
