[Resolved]  Idea 3g Netsetter — Deactivation of idea Netsetter ([protected]) & stop billing.

Sir, I have sent many e-mails (complaints) to Idea Customer Care & Its Appeliate Authority(AP) regarding Deactivation of My Idea Netsetter ([protected]) connection. I am not using this idea Netsetter ([protected]) since 1/5/2014. They (Idea Customer Care) replied me saying that clear your balance. I cleared the balance of Rs.1731.26/- (even though I am not using it) last month (July2014) assuming that the story will close here but to my surprise they have sent me online e-bill once again on 12/08/2014 of Rs.732.99/-. This is really a harasment of cutomer. I request the consumer complaint team to help me in this regard and my already paid of Rs.1731.26/- my be refunded back to me.
