[Resolved]  Idea — About plan change

Dear sir,
I went near idea store, kotkapura pin 151204 on 22/09/2015 . I want to change my plan ...for that i submit my id proof there and fill form
But till the date i have not find any change in my plan
Due to this internet and calls heavily charged to me
Sir i request u to kindly reverse my charge from that day on which i submit my documnt and port my number to another cmpny due to such hrasmnt
