Idea — about refund balance

I recharged with 24 rupees from my mobile balance account. But as technical problem of Idea Cellular Phone, rupees have been cut 2 times in just 3 seconds. I complained in Idea but they answered me that the recharge process had been done bye me both 2 times. Really I recharged only 1 time. It is not possible to recharge 2 times in 3 seconds by myself.
