[Resolved] Idea — Amount deducted from bank a/c but bill remain unpaid | |||
I have made a bill payment of idea mobile no. [protected] through billdesk gateway using Internet banking of Rs. 700/- on 11/03/2015. The amount was deducted from my bank a/c, but the bill remain unpaid as the transaction could not be processed successfully. Bank :- Corporation Bank Transaction Date: 11/03/2015 Transaction Reference No.: CorpNet banking, Ref No:[protected] Amount: Rs. 700/- Please revert back my money as early as possible. Nov 23, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The payment deducted was credited by Idea in the designated mobile account. There was quick response to my complaint from side of Idea & i appreciate there efforts and thanks them for the same. Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

As per the telephonic conversation with your customer service associate the amount was reverted back by you, but for your kind information the Amount i.e. Rs. 700/- has not been credited in my concerned bank account till date.
Please do the needful at your earliest.
